We offer a 30-day return policy from the time you get your product. Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds or exchanges after 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packing as when you received it.

You have 10 days to swap an item for an equal or lower price. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Shipping expenses are nonrefundable.

What are store credits?

Store credits are provided for returned items that are not eligible for a refund. You can use your shop credit to buy products from our store.Please keep in mind that store credits have no expiration date and can be spent at any time, just like cash.
