To process a return, we need evidence of purchase and a justification for the return. Please get in touch with [email protected] for a return permission form. Note that the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid mailing label will be provided, or you can ship the item yourself. If you deliver an item worth over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is granted, it will be processed and credited to your original mode of payment within 3-5 business days.
